Organisation

In accordance with the competencies and authorities prescribed by the Law and the Agency’s Statute, the Agency’s operations are managed by: a five-member Board of Directors appointed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Agency’s Director.

The Registers are managed by the Registrars, appointed by the Agency’s Board of Directors, with the prior consent of the Government.

The organizational structure of the Serbian Business Registers Agency consists of: the Director, the Business Entities Register, Financial Leasing Register, Pledge Register, Associations Register, Foreign Associations Register, Public Media Register, Regional Development Measures and Incentives Register, Chambers of Commerce Register, Tourism Register, Bankruptcy Estate Register, Financial Statements and Solvency Register, Joint Administration Sector, IT and Development Sector, Legal and General Affairs Sector and Economic and Financial Sector.
