When changing the data of an already registered entrepreneur, the entrepreneur code should be also indicated in the ’code number’ field of the payment slip.

Fee for entrepreneur registry submissions

Fee for foundation of entrepreneur is RSD 1,000.00.

Fee for timely submitted change of registered entrepreneur data or inscription of new data is for one change in one submission RSD 600.00

• for two or more changes in one submission RSD 480.00.

Fee for registering other data, which is according to the law, topic of registration data in Register is:

• for registering data that is important for legal traffic and other data that are registered by the law RSD 600.00
• for deletion of entrepreneur RSD 600.00.

Fee for issuing abstract from Registry, for issuing copies of documents or for printing documents is:

• for abstract of registered entity RSD 600.00
• for abstract of registered entity in electric form RSD 400.00
• for issuing copies of documents according to which registration has been approved, per page RSD 30.00
• for printing documents from Agency web page, per document, RSD 120.00
• for issuing certificate that entrepreneur is not registered or that Register does not contain certain data, that is according to law, topic of registration data is RSD 300.00.
