When changing the data of an already registered entrepreneur, the entrepreneur code should be also indicated in the ’code number’ field of the payment slip.

Fee for entrepreneur registry submissions

Fee for foundation of entrepreneur is RSD 540.00.

Fee for timely submitted change of registered entrepreneur data or inscription of new data is:

• for one change in one submission RSD 300.00
• for two or more changes in one submission RSD 480.00.

Fee for registering other data, which is according to the law, topic of registration data in Register is:

• for registering data that is important for legal traffic and other data that are registered by the law RSD 300.00
• for deletion of entrepreneur or for deletion of certain data about entrepreneur RSD 360.00.

Fee for issuing abstract from Registry, for issuing copies of documents or for printing documents is:

• for abstract of registered entity RSD 360.00
• for issuing copies of documents according to which registration has been approved, per page RSD 24.00
• for printing documents from Agency web page, per document, RSD 120.00
• for issuing certificate that entrepreneur is not registered or that Register does not contain certain data, that is according to law, topic of registration data is RSD 300.00.

If the abstract from point 1. is in electric form, over e-service that Agency provides, fee is RSD 20.00 per entrepreneur.

If you wish to purchase paper application forms in the Business Registers Agency, its branch offices or from municipal authorities, you need to pay the RSD120.00 fee for the application for registration form (request), in conformity with article 5, paragraph 1, point 3 of the Decree on Fees for Registration and other Services Provided by the Business Registers Agency.
