The Serbian Business Registers Agency’s Info Center was set up with the intent to provide the users of the Agency’s services with maximum ease of access to information related to the work of the registers.
The Info Center’s experienced and well trained team is at your service each work day from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. to provide correct and accurate answers to your questions within the competence of the Register, either by phone, e-mail or at the info-desk in the Agency’s offices.
Info Center operators will guide you through the registration procedure, inform you about the status of your application for registration and provide you with all other information within our competence.
In addition to the operators, the Info Center’s automated answering service is also at your disposal 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Through the automated answering service, interested parties can get information on business entities, pledge rights, financial leasing and their respective registration procedures.
