The fee for the registration of a bankruptcy estate with the Register amounts to RSD 3,000.
The fee for the registration of data changes, for the registration of single new data and for registration of other single data relevant for legal transactions, amounts to RSD 1,560.
When registration of changes or registration is requested for two or more new data, the fee amounts to RSD 2,400.
The fee for strike-off of bankruptcy estate and strike-off of data on bankruptcy estate from the Register amounts to RSD 420.
The fee for issuing a copy of entry in the Register, for issuing copies and printing documents amounts to:
- RSD 1.560 for issuing copies of entry on registered bankruptcy estate
- RSD 24 per document page, for issuing copies of documents based on which registration was completed
- RSD 120 per document, for printing documents off the website of the Agency
- RSD 720 for issuing a certificate that no bankruptcy estate is registered in the Register, or that the Register does not contain the requested data, that are subject to registration in pursuance of the law
- RSD 780 for issuing a copy of entry of the registered bankruptcy estate in electronic format.
The fee for issuing registered data processed according to a specific user request and delivered to the user in electronic format, or through the electronic service provided by the Agency, amounts to RSD 20 per registered bankruptcy estate.
