The fee for the registration of entrepreneurs amounts to RSD 1,200.

The fee for the registration of change of data on entrepreneurs amounts to RSD 700.

If several changes are requested in the application form, the RSD 700 fee is increased by additional RSD 300 for each subsequent change.

The fee for the registration of other data on entrepreneurs that are subject to registration pursuant to the Law, is as follows:

• for the registration of premises outside the registered office – RSD 700 for each of the premises
• for the registration of data entries relevant for legal transactions and other data subject to registration pursuant to the law – RSD 700
• for strike-off of entrepreneurs – RSD 1,000.

The fees for the issue of an excerpt from the Register of Entrepreneurs, for the issue of copies and print-outs of documents amount to:

• for the issue of excerpts of registered data on entrepreneurs – RSD 800
• for the issue of copies of supporting registration documents, RSD 30 per document page 
• for a registration form print-out – RSD 120
• for the issue of a certificate confirming that an individual is not registered as an entrepreneur or that the Register does not contain the requested data subject to registration pursuant to the law – RSD 400
• for the issue of a certificate of legal succession – RSD 800 per entrepreneur
• for the issue of data contained in supporting registration documents and historical registered data – RSD 400 per data.
