The Law on Regional Development, (“Official Gazette of RS“, no. 51/2009) prescribes that the Agency shall keep a Register of Regional Development Measures and Incentives.
In the course of 2009, preparations were finalized for setting up a software solution for the management of this register and for electronic data sharing with state and other institutions granting incentives and implementing measures relevant for regional development, such as: Development Fund of the Republic of Serbia, Vojvodina Development Fund, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Agency, National Employment Service, Statistical Office and others.
The Register is expected to open in 2010, following the adoption of by-laws.
