The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA), in accordance with its legally established competencies and responsibilities, including the processing and issuance of registered data, is launching a new web portal that, as of today, offers the business community faster access to business and financial data, analytical insights, and other digital services directly from the Agency’s integrated electronic databases.

With advanced technological solutions, the portal enables simpler viewing and downloading of up-to-date information. Thanks to a wide range of new and previously unavailable features, including advanced search tools and more complex data processing, the portal provides business information of greater practical value, directly from the source.

Among the new digital services available through the Data Delivery Portal are:

  • A consolidated overview of registered data on a single entity from all registers and records;
  • Daily monitoring of changes in selected entities with automated email notifications;
  • Advanced search and the creation of custom lists of entities based on selected criteria;
  • Complete and summarized financial statements, indicators, and annual credit ratings for the past five reporting years.

In addition to data from the SBRA's registers and records, users also have access to data from the National Bank of Serbia on current accounts and enforced collections, as well as data on the ten largest shareholders in joint-stock companies, sourced from the Central Securities Depository.

Access to the new electronic data delivery service has been available to government institutions since June 2024, and as of today, these digital services are also available to the broader business community via the web portal on the SBRA’s official website.

Thanks to state-of-the-art solutions, the Serbian Business Registers Agency aims to ensure reliable and efficient data access tailored to the needs of modern business and a competitive economy. Additional advanced features are expected to be introduced soon, including flexible statistical reports, sector analyses, comparative analytical insights, and financial comparisons of entities of the same type or market segment, across all elements of financial reporting.
