The forms listed below can be downloaded from this page free of charge, while the paper copies thereof can be obtained at the Serbian Business Registers Agency for a fee of RSD 120, which is paid to account number: 840-29770845-52, Model 97, a reference number is to be downloaded here, by clicking on: “Прeузмитe пoзив нa брoj” (“Download a reference number”).
