During 2024, the economy maintained a positive trend and operated profitably for the tenth year in a row, with increased financial capacity and preserved financial stability, according to the publication "The Annual Report on the Performance of the Economy in 2024", which was published today on the Agency's website.
The Annual Report contains an analysis of business performance and financial standing for 112,670 companies, as well as 1,566 institutions and 118,862 entrepreneurs. It was compiled based on preliminary aggregated data from regular annual financial statements and statistical reports for 2024, which were entered into the database for statistical purposes. The main trends were assessed based on the final aggregated data from the regular annual financial statements and statistical reports for 2023.
In addition to an analysis of overall economic trends, special attention is given to the concentration of financial performance by sector and company size. The report also includes an analysis of the operations of specific segments of companies – public enterprises and companies undergoing bankruptcy or liquidation.
