We remind all registered entities that have already recorded their beneficial owners in the Central Records of Beneficial Owners under the previously applicable regulations that they are required to comply with the provisions of the new Law on the Central Records of Beneficial Owners (“Official Gazette of the RS”, Nos. 19/2025, 51/2025, and 60/2025 – correction) within 60 days from the date this Law enters into force, i.e. no later than 1 December 2025.

The Map contains the semi-annual data for 2025 and displays information on state investments, economic development, and economic potential, providing a comprehensive overview of the development of the domestic economy.

This was significantly supported by the one hundred business entities with the highest operating revenues and the one hundred business entities with the highest net profits, according to the Report on the TOP 100... Companies in 2024, which was published today on the Serbian Business Registers Agency’s website.

The Serbian Business Registers Agency (SBRA) has been informed that certain companies are contacting newly incorporated business entities and other legal entities registered with the Agency, requesting payment of a "one-time fee" for "automatic registration" in "registers" and "business databases" maintained by those companies. These requests are accompanied by payment slips with a pre-printed amount, which may mislead recipients into believing that they are under a legal obligation to register and pay the specified fee.
