The Serbian Business Registers Agency hereby informs legal entities and entrepreneurs who keep their accounting records under the double-entry bookkeeping system, and whose business year corresponds to the calendar year, that the statutory deadline for submitting regular annual financial statements for 2025 expires on Tuesday, 31 March, 2026.
As in previous years, the Agency will organize staff duty hours this year as well, until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, and for questions related to system access and signing, until midnight.
In case any problems occur, obliged entities can email any questions they might have to the following e-mail addresses:
- obveznicifi@apr.gov.rs - for updating status data or data on the legal representative,
- sd@apr.gov.rs - for issues related to accessing the PIS FI system or problems with signing, and
- finizvestaji@apr.gov.rs - for requests for additional explanations regarding the submission of statements that are not available on the Agency's website or in the user instructions for compiling and submitting the statements.
Over 200,000 legal entities and entrepreneurs have fulfilled the obligation to submit their financial statement, in accordance with the Law on Accounting, and approximately 90,000 more statements are expected to be received by the expiration of the aforementioned deadline.
We remind the Agency’s customers that all relevant information, i.e. instructions regarding the submission of the regular annual financial statement for 2025, can be found on the Agency's website, within the Financial Statements Register section.
